fairly clean hotel in a great location with lovely views of the harbor. polite staff and management. perfectly clean and cheap room, a hair dryer, free toiletries and bath sheets in the room. hypoallergenic pillows, exceptionally comfortable bed. btw, a short walk to a bus stop. overall a such wonderful stay for 1 night.

Wi-Fi was kind of slow.

Very nice Angus beef at nearby restaurants like Enetikon, just steps away! The breakfast at the taverna next door was divine, packed with delicious options. Also loved the charming small double room, offering both comfort and coziness.

Unfortunately, we encountered a few cockroaches , a bit of a yikes factor.

It was just a fine choice for a day tour in Chania with very good value for money. The staff went out of their way to help me find a great local restaurant nearby. Try to wake up early to explore the charming streets before the crowds come in.

The staff was so attentive but it's ridiculous they don't have 24/7 reception. I expected a room upgrade due to all the inconveniences, yet I was treated like any common guest, how quaint. And breakfast next door isn't exactly gourmet, just ok at best. I almost wrote a good review, but just couldn't.

The location was fantastic, just steps from the heart of Chania! Our grandkids loved the cozy feel of the place, and the breakfast at the taverna next door was delicious-plenty of tasty options to keep everyone happy.

My kids wished for a bit more space to run around.

I stayed for 3 nights in a Small Double Room while exploring the very nice sights of Chania. The balcony offered a lovely view of the charming streets, and it was just moments away from beautiful spots like the Venetian Harbor and the Municipal Art Gallery of Chania. One highlight was finishing the day on the wonderful terrace, soaking in the sea views while sipping on some local wine. The room may have been on the smaller side, but it was cozy and organized, making it a perfect base for my adventures.

Would recommend for a swift stopover

Charming room, helpful staff, with amenities like air conditioning and wi-fi, with excellent proximity to the vibrant pedestrian area packed with cafes and shops just 12 km from the nearest airport.

Perfect Stay in Charming Old Town!

This good hotel captured the spirit of the Old Town. The spacious small double room offered comfort and charm, complemented by friendly staff. Enjoyed making tea in the little kitchen. Pro tip, Expect to carry your luggage as driving here is a challenge. Worth every step!

This hotel impressed me with its charming decor and spacious junior suite, with a lovely balcony view of the harbor. Every morning, I indulged in an amazing breakfast next door at Enetikon. Options included fresh orange juice, creamy Cretan cheese toast, and tasty eggs. The staff stood out for their genuine enthusiasm and helpfulness when providing local recommendations. I did notice the front desk staff isn't available 24/7, which could be challenging for anyone needing assistance late at night. Accessibility is a concern with the entrance up outside stairs. My stay at Palazzo Duca felt special, but it would be better with more attentive reception hours.

This place suits me perfectly! It offers great amenities like wi-fi, air conditioning, and in-room breakfast. I remember the staff helped me with a bottle of water at night during my first stay. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed the comfy junior suite with a lovely little balcony offering great views, and the hotel provided a safe space for our rented bikes. Relaxing on the terrace and in the cozy lounge were nice little perks during our downtime. The only downside was the check-in being a bit odd, having to go to the restaurant next door, but it didn’t ruin our trip at all. 😊
